BELTON T E X A S

Belton City Council steals annexed citizen's money by not providing services promised...

TX: BELTON RESIDENT CLAIMS CITY TRASHING RIGHTS OVER MANDATED GARBAGE SERVICE

In 2004, Village Hill Street taxpayers were promised that their street services were to be at "same level of service or better" than what the county provided prior to annexation into the city.  Additionally, note how City Officials can be out of compliance with their own codes and ordinances that they created. The same ordinances they have used to take senior citizens to court, fined and liens placed on their properties for tall grass. How's that for being a leading example?

"Our city government is committed to providing the best in services to our citizens and visitors."   (City Manager, Sam Listi)

In 2007, council members made excuses that they didn't know what criteria constituted a danger.

Mrs. Easter actually lives on the North side, the common denominator of her plight is that she is a Senior Citizen, like the following cases.
